Shipping policy

In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days from date of purchase. 

For standard custom made items or out of stock items, unless otherwise notified, please allow us 2-3 weeks from purchase date to ship items. For larger custom made pieces, shipping times may be extended as orders may take longer to fulfill. 

Payment MUST be made IN FULL prior to processing custom orders.

Shipping times are estimated by the courier and not guaranteed by M7 Mercantile. Tracking information will be provided. It is the responsibility of the consumer to notify M7 Mercantile if they have not received their order within the expected time frame.
